About 5 years ago Sean Taylor, Head Brewer, started home-brewing. Over the years he refined his recipes, made some good beer, made some bad beer, won some medals and dreamed of opening a brewery. Today is the day!! Independent Republic Brewing Company’s Beer Garden will open at 3pm today (4/5) rain or shine!
