Bierkeller beers are exclusively German styles and contain only the four essential ingredients: malt, water, hops, and yeast. Beers include Kölumbianer™, a top-fermenting lager in the Kölsch style; Kellerbier, an unfiltered farmhouse-style lager; Fastenbier, a dark Franconian lager; andRauchbier, a smoked lager in the Bamberg style.
